So I started with 5 inch squares from Amazon… piecing them together..

We live in a small condo so I used our kitchen floor to see my work as I went…

I got my backing.. batting and my top layer together…
And my husband gen purposely helped me spray baste them together 

I want to use some of the quilt for my border so I just sewed the three layers together leaving a ” border” around the last square row around the whole quilt if that makes sense…​
